On-site training is the most effective, time efficient and above all the easiest way of gaining an industrial license.

All of our on-site courses are conducted by certified trainers and include an array of different topics all geared towards making your drivers as safe, competent and as productive as possible.

Assessments:

Licence testing for all above classes is provided free of charge. We recommend the testing be conducted 1 to 2 weeks after training session.

LICENCE TESTING ONLY:

This service is for companies with financial constraints. Students must attempt to learn each question themselves and study the theory and practical test papers thoroughly.

PLEASE NOTE: 100% of people who don't study and learn each of the answers fail their test. It would be like having a friend teach you to drive a car and then going to the RTA and expecting to pass the theory test. This service is only of use to you if you know that each student will definitely take the time to study.

Otherwise, by the time you pay for multiple tests it will cost you at least as much as training but will take months.

Includes:

An assessor coming out to your worksite at a time that's convenient and performing the licence tests only. Students who pass will be issued with licences on the spot. Students who fail will have to wait at least 21 days before being able to resit.

REFRESHER TRAINING

All licensed operators must undergo regular refresher training.

Refresher courses are designed to ensure safe work practises are occurring in your workplace. Drivers attending our courses will be updated on new WorkCover legislations, put in place since they sat for their license test and shown areas where they could incur WorkCover fines.

Refresher training all licensed operators is the most cost effective and convenient way of complying with all of your 'Duty of Care' responsibilities in regards to training.

At the completion of the training an evaluation report will be submitted on each student. The report will highlight any deficiencies that individual drivers may have, or areas where they need improving.

All of our refresher courses are conducted on your worksite, allowing the trainer to provide invaluable advice and guidance on the best way to operate your forklift.

Site Risk Assessment & Report

Australian Forklift Training specialise in providing this valuable Site Report Service. We provide a comprehensive but practical assessment of your work place environment, industrial equipment and associated accessories.

These reports identify and offer an independent picture of risks that exist in your workplace industrial equipment that would affect operators, supervisors and companies. Areas of non conformance to Australian Standards can cause breaches to your workplace insurances and put you at risk of being issued an Improvement Notice from the WorkCover Authority.

Our reports are recognised by WorkCover and our clients are often requested, by Inspectors, to produce these reports to prove they are revising their workplace and standards.

Our reports are recognised by Insurance Companies and leading Insurance Brokers. They have been used as evidence in defending individual and company legal cases since 1996.
